-Based on the results of the 2025 Special Talent Exam, students who have earned the right to enroll in our Faculty will complete their enrollment procedures online on September 16, 17, 18, and 19, 2025. For online registration, students must scan the required documents and email them to stfkayit2025@gmail.com. Information regarding waitlist registration will be posted on our website (www.sts.yildiz.edu.tr) after the primary registration process is complete. It is important to regularly check our website to ensure you do not miss your registration opportunity.
-Registration will only be accepted during the specified registration dates. Those who do not register during the registration period will be considered to have forfeited their right to register. Registrations outside of these dates will not be accepted.
-Registration will not be accepted by mail.
-Candidates who have earned the right to enroll but are in the final stages of graduation from a secondary school, associate’s degree program, or bachelor’s degree program—and who are scheduled to take an internship, make-up exams, or a single-course exam—will be granted provisional enrollment on the specified dates provided they submit documentation verifying their status. Those who do not complete their provisional registration during the registration period will be deemed to have waived their right to registration. If these candidates submit documentation proving their graduation to the higher education institution by December 31, 2025, their permanent registration will be processed. The provisional registrations of those who fail to provide proof of graduation by this date will be canceled.
-In accordance with the decision of the General Assembly of Higher Education, which states that a student cannot be enrolled in two full-time undergraduate programs simultaneously or continue their education in both, 2025-Candidates who have earned the right to enroll at our University based on the Special Aptitude Exam results but are currently enrolled in a 4-year or longer undergraduate program at another university cannot enroll in their newly assigned program unless they terminate their enrollment at their current institution of higher education. (If the withdrawal process will extend beyond the original enrollment dates, candidates must also email a document confirming their application for withdrawal and notify us of their situation; in this case, they will be granted provisional enrollment.) After the registration process, when our University reviews the “Report on Students Enrolled in the Same Program Level Simultaneously” obtained through YÖKSİS, if it is determined that a candidate has not terminated their enrollment at another higher education institution, their enrollment at our University will be terminated, taking into account that they do not have the right to enroll.
Students whose enrollment was previously canceled at our University or another higher education institution but who are eligible to enroll in our Faculty in 2025 may request exemption from courses they have previously taken and passed by submitting Form No. 608, available at the link http://www.kalite.yildiz.edu.tr/sayfa/Kalite-Dokümanları/Formlar/339?id=24, and submit it to the relevant Department Secretary’s Office by October 6, 2025.
Students who have submitted their documents for registration must, within 2 days of submission, complete the login and password procedures for the OBS automation system as outlined in the guide available at https://ogi.yildiz.edu.tr/ and complete the “Student Information Form” through the system.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION
1. EXAM RESULTS CERTIFICATE: A document showing your TYT and, if applicable, YKS scores, obtained from the Student Selection and Placement Center’s website (www.osym.gov.tr)
2. HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION CERTIFICATE OBTAINED THROUGH E-GOVERNMENT: A diploma issued by the high school from which the student graduated, or a recently issued high school graduation certificate obtained through E-Government. If the diploma is lost, a “certificate of lost diploma” issued by the high school from which you graduated.
3. Turkish Republic Identity Card / Turkish Republic ID Card / TRNC ID Card: Both the front and back sides of the document.
4. PHOTO (1 copy, 4.5x6 in size): Photos must have been taken within the last six months, showing the face clearly and taken head-on so that the applicant can be easily recognized.
5. MILITARY SERVICE CERTIFICATE: Male students born in 1997 or earlier must obtain a document from their local Military Service Office or via e-Government stating that “there is no objection to your enrollment in a faculty or college from a military service perspective.”
6. MEDICAL BOARD REPORT (For DISABLED applicants only): A “MEDICAL BOARD REPORT” detailing the nature of any disability for applicants with a disability. A Medical Board Report is not required for applicants without a disability.
